At your wedding you can give wedding keepsakes to your guests that are infused with an old classic feel with a modern twist. You can borrow from different cultures to make your wedding have an exotic feel.  And of course the color blue exudes the feeling of the luxury of romance on a calm level.

Make your wedding favors unique and different, it will not only help you remember your special day, but it will give your guests tangible memories that shall hold the essence of love.

baby keepsakesWhen my siblings and I were little my parents were obsessive about chronicling our development. Although this recording of our histories has continued to this day, it was most fervent in our early years. Our home is littered with childhood portraits and our own original creations.

Since I was the first child, there are a particularly high number of baby keepsakes of mine. My parents had a replica of my first shoe forged out of copper; it still sits on the bookshelf in their home. They also keep a set of handprints that I made in clay throughout the years, so that they can sentimentally remember my childhood.

fallweddingThe Saturday after Thanksgiving one of my college roommates is going to be tying the knot. I originally thought that it was uncustomary to have a wedding in the fall, but have found that many people opt for an autumn ceremony. For most of the wedding guests this is actually a great time to have a wedding, as most people have a vacation thanks to the holiday.

For the past week or two I have been trying to decide what gift to get them. Like most couples, they have a wedding registry, but I have a difficult time justifying paying $30 for a cereal bowl. I want to be sure to get them something good, because I am sure they will have expensive fall wedding favors.

winter-weddingWinter weddings are elegant, cozy affairs that often fit right in with the guests’ schedules. Summer is the traditional wedding season, of course, and it can be difficult to make it to multiple ceremonies within a span of a few months. In winter, on the other hand, people are itching for an excuse to get out of town and visit close friends and relations for a weekend. The most important aspect of planning for these weddings is probably securing a venue.

Most couples start planning their weddings shortly after a date is set. Still, many among us have a tendency to procrastinate. Once the invitations are sent out, it’s easy to take the other details for granted. Luckily it’s possible to find a wide variety of winter wedding favors online. That’s not to say you should wait until the very last possible moment, but don’t fret if you’re running a bit behind schedule.

Wedding FavorUnique wedding favors which draw attention to the theme of the wedding will serve as lasting memories for you and your guests. Personalized wedding favors are often overlooked, or regarded as less important than flowers or the cake. However, wedding favors is the one item you and your guests will take away from the wedding and potentially keep. Thus to serve as a lasting keepsake memory, it is important to have wedding favors which best represent the bride and groom and the love shared between them.

If the bride and groom both are wine connoisseurs, you might consider beautiful chrome heart bottle stopper as wedding favors, or if both are religious and more traditional, candles representing heavenly light and warmth can make a unique wedding favor as well.
